Family Engagement Liaison: Ashley Watson
Welcome to David A. Perdue Primary!
My name is Ashley Watson, I am so excited to join the DPPS family as the Family Engagement Liaison. My role is to keep parents and families informed and connected to teachers, staff, and the resources available in the local community. When families are informed and connected, this helps ensure our students' academic, social, and emotional success. My mission is to build strong relationships with the families at DPPS and serve them the best I can.
My hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. I am in the Parent Resource Center (room 230).

Here are just a few of the services that Ms. Watson, our Family Engagement Liaison,
helps provide for the success of ALL students and families at David A. Perdue Primary School.
1. Parent Resource Center: Hours: 8 AM – 2:30 PM Monday – Friday Location: Room 230
-It is equipped with pamphlets and printouts of resources within our community.
-YOU MUST SIGN IN AT THE FRONT OFFICE BEFORE COMING TO THE RESOURCE CENTER!
2. Workshops and academic learning activities for parents and community
3. Communication: Current Events, Newsletter, Website
4. Community Partnerships
5. Recruit and coordinate parent volunteer services
6. Parent conferences
7. Title I duties as assigned by the district
