My name is Megan Simmons and I'm excited to be teaching at DPPS! I graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a Bachelor's in Special Ed and a Master's in Early Childhood Education. I began my teaching career in 2009 and have taught Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd. My favorite part about teaching is witnessing the growth my students make from fall to spring. When I'm not in the classroom you can find me at the beaches in Florida, rooting for the Gators or spending time with my husband and children!
