I began my teaching career in 1996. I was born and raised in Houston County. I am a proud graduate of Northside High School.  I received my bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern, my master's degree from Georgia College and my Specialist Degree from Troy State University. I have taught first grade, fourth grade and kindergarten. I am happily married to Rusty and we have two girls Caroline and Catherine.
