Ms. Peoples began her teaching career here in Houston County in 2015. Ms. Peoples taught first grade for 3 years, kindergarten for 3 years, and is now back teaching first grade. Ms. Peoples received her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Armstrong State University in 2015 and her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University in 2018. In 2022, Ms. Peoples received her Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University. She additionally hold a Reading Endorsement as well as an endorsement in Teacher Support and Coaching.

Ms. Peoples is a product of the Houston County School District. She feels thankful and blessed to be able to come back to serve in the school district that fostered her love for learning throughout her fundamental years of education. Ms. Peoples is grateful to be a part of the Panda Family and is elated to be serving David A. Perdue Primary’s students, parents, and staff!
